Non-EUROMECH members who wish to participate automatically become members for one year when they register for the Colloquium. The membership fee for one year is 30 € and is included in the registration fee for non-members.

Euromech members

Non-Euromech members
Up to 30 June 2018: 455 € After 30 June 2018: €530 €
The regular fee covers the proceedings, admission to sessions, lunches, refreshments during coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception and the Colloquium Dinner.
PhD student fee
PhD students - or last year MSc students with adequate cv - can apply for reduced fees, which cover the proceedings, admission to sessions, lunches, refreshments during coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception (but not the Colloquium Dinner).
Euromech members
Up to 30 June 2018: 350 € After 30 June 2018: €400 €
Non-Euromech members
Up to 30 June 2018: 380 € After 30 June 2018: €430 €
To apply for a reduced fee, please prepare the following documents and send them to euromech603@fe.up.pt:
- a short academic and scientific CV (max. 1 page A4/US letter)
- a letter from your Department Head/Chair confirming that you are a full time PhD student
